Write to the desk.
Email is the only way to reach Nettlewick. We read every message, and we are glad to hear about corrections, questions about how a configurator option works, or notes on the review checklist.
What to include
- The page and section you are writing about, named by its heading.
- What you expected, and what you found instead.
- Your software version or browser, if the question concerns an app.
- Whether you are happy to be quoted. We will ask before we publish anything you have written.
What not to send
Do not send recovery phrases, private keys, passwords, account details, or files that contain any of them. We will never ask for them, and we do not want them in our inbox.
Corrections
If something on this site is wrong, tell us the sentence and the source you checked it against. We correct errors in place. When a correction changes the meaning of a page, we say so on that page.
